A philosopher and logician by training, an analyst and journalist by vocation. I am interested in how people think, argue and decide.
I started out as a mathematician, and it still shows: I like precise definitions and rigorous arguments. For more than twenty years I have worked in higher education, first at the National Aviation University and now at the European University in Kyiv, where I also build digital services, professional development programmes and summer schools.
My research is about the network structure of society: how global information networks transform knowledge, communication and education. Beyond the lecture hall I run the Sophist_UA analytical channels and regularly appear on Ukrainian television and radio as a political commentator.
